Details of the Program:
Note: Because of the personalized
attention this program requires, Kenton can only accept two clients
per year. Apologies to his international audience, but he does not
travel to provide the Metamorphosis Training Program. Program participants
must either be local, willing to travel to Kenton's training facility twice
per week (for the Local Training Option), willing to travel to Kenton's training facility once per month for a 2-3 day stay (for the Remote Training Option) or willing to relocate for a year's time.
Local Option:You will meet with your trainer twice
per week for 2-3 hours each meeting, and Metamorphosis participants
will be expected to train five days per week. You will have unlimited
email contact with Kenton, and he will serve as your coach, creating training programs and helping you to hold to your training commitment. Kenton will provide training in all the
skills that your custom-designed program will include. You will also have access to his life coaching services at no extra charge for the entire year.
Remote Option: You will receive a training schedule five days per week with specially-designed exercises to develop foundation-building martial skills. These exercises will develop your balance, agility, strength, endurance, power, and coordination. Once per month you will travel to Wisconsin for a 2-3 day intense one-on-one training session, where we will spend 12 hour days in a wilderness dojo building your martial skills, meditating, learning wilderness survival, and overcoming your personal fears and limitations. You will also have access to his life coaching services for the entire year.
In addition, with either option there will be special
training days, including wilderness skill days, at least one
wilderness overnight stay, and 'challenge' days. You will have two
'vacation' weeks during the year to accommodate vacations or other
commitments, and your trainer will likewise have two weeks. Both the
training participant's and trainer's weeks can be used at any time
during the year.

What won't you get?
You won't get a diploma, black belt, or
certificate. The world and people in general won't necessarily be
nicer to you or like you better. All you will have in the end is a
new, enhanced YOU, ready to explore the world with new, refined tools
of body, mind and spirit.
Cost:
Because of the intense personal nature of this training program, Kenton can only take on two clients per year, maximum. The year's program
costs $30,000 US (payment plans are accepted). But the real cost isn't in dollars. It's in
dedication. Your trainer will provide direct and detailed guidance for your three days of self-training each week, as well as two days of
direct training per week, but what you get out of that training will depend on your dedication to the program. In addition, your
trainer may suggest lifestyle changes, such as dietary changes,
cessation of smoking or excess drinking, etc. The quality of your
results will depend on how much you are willing to implement positive
change into your life.
Partner Option:
Because training
motivation can be positively affected by having a training partner,
Metamorphosis training does have a partner option. Spouses, partners,
or friends can co-participate, reducing the cost to $26,000 US for each
co-participant. Groups of two at the most, please.

offer one-day and two-day training in a variety of skills. These can be
stand-alone sessions, or they can be structured so you can return on a
regular basis for ongoing training. These workshops are held over one
or two nine-hour days in the beautiful wilds of Wisconsin. Price

•Mindfulness in the Wild•
We
are infinitely more Aware than we realize. Using the beauty and
tranquility of natural surroundings, we open up our senses, discover
new ways to experience peace, explore our mind's current conditioning,
and use meditation and thought experiments to set our mind's natural
capabilities free. You'll spend a full day in the woods, quieting your
mind and gaining new tools to help you live a richer, fuller life.
Exercises include meditation, expanding your senses through natural
awareness, communing with nature by learning to experience the world
from different perspectives, Awareness Walking, and much more.
•Wilderness Martial Arts Training•
The
ultimate in martial training, this workshop can be adapted to any level
of martial arts proficiency, whether you're a black belt or have no
martial experience whatsoever. With the wilderness as our dojo, we'll
work on core skills, developing agility, balance, speed, endurance,
strength, and mental fortitude. Exercises will include sparring,
developing patience, developing resistance to pain and discomfort,
focus exercises, stalking and 'invisibility', physical conditioning,
and development of new skills and techniques. One day of this training
is worth months of dojo-style training. This is a highly intense
training experience, but it will be adapted to your level of physical,
mental, and martial conditioning.
•Living Wild•
We
all possess an ancient inheritance that has become buried under the
noise and confusion of our technological lives. Re-discovering our wild
nature can be the most emancipating experience of a lifetime. We'll
spend all day in the wilds, getting in touch with our natural awareness
and mindfulness, re-discovering our instincts, and learning to
understand the 'language of nature'. While we will learn wilderness
skills, this is not a technical workshop -- nature becomes our teacher,
and each workshop is a unique experience depending on the season, the
weather, and what animals and plants we encounter. You'll discover how
to be at home in the wilderness, and how to approach nature as an
'insider' who belongs in the woods.
•Ultimate Insurance Policy•
Structured as a one day workshop or as ongoing in-depth experiential training,
you'll learn how to provide for all of your basic needs in the context
of full wilderness survival. This knowledge can be the most valuable
investment you ever make -- you'll know that you have the skills to
survive indefinitely in the wilderness, and to provide for your family
if circumstances should ever require it. These are skills that were
common knowledge for our Pleistocene ancestors, but are all but
forgotten by modern humans. You'll learn how to ease the transition
from civilized to wilderness life. You'll learn how to provide food,
shelter, water, and fire with natural materials. You'll learn how to
transition through the seasons and survive winters in the northern
latitudes. You'll learn the critical difference between short-term and
long-term wilderness survival situations. You'll learn how to
successfully avoid the most unpredictable creature in the wilderness --
other humans. From knowing what to bring along into the wilderness to
knowing how to do without any modern 'necessities' whatsoever, we'll
create a plan that includes knowing where to go, what to do (both
short-term and long-term), and how to re-integrate into society should
you choose to return. Whether you're interested in knowing the raw
skills of wilderness survival so that you can spend quality time in the
woods or you simply want to have these skills available in the 'worst
case scenario', you'll develop a profound sense of confidence with your
new abilities.

About Kenton:
With over 28 years
of mixed martial arts experience including Southern Praying Mantis
Kung Fu, Muay Thai, Shotokan Karate, Aikido, Chin Na, and Jujitsu,
Kenton has served as a trainer for everyone from security guards to
personal trainers to cage fighters to developmentally disabled teens.
He received his NASM personal trainer certification in 2001, and is a
teacher of wilderness survival and women's self defense. Black belts
of other martial arts come to him for training. His internationally
known
Zen Self-Development website has established him as one of the
world's most lucid teachers of Zen awakening, and his physical skills
range from rock climbing to horse training to parkour to
ultra-distance running. His current training partner holds a fifth-degree black belt in YamaMizu Ryu, as well as black belts in Tai Chi and Ninjutsu.
